My Rates as a Paranormal Investigator

It’s important to you and myself that you have a clear insight into the expected costs. I recognise that every possible haunting is unique and personal. Making the choice to hire the services of a paranormal investigator can be a little worrying and is often the last step. After gaining a deeper understanding of your situation, I can provide a customised quote.

Consultation

As a professional Paranormal Investigator I do not charge for initial enquiries, email, telephone consultation or help and advice.

Visit

I do not charge for the initial visit, but I do ask that you cover travel costs (I am located in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire), hotel costs depending on your location, plus any other associated costs for those cases much further away.

Investigation

I charge £30.00 per hour and typically I work on my own. The investigation cost includes the property being cleansed. If your case involves me purchasing any goods like sage, candles, crystals, incense, holy water, smudge spray there would be a small charge for this. These things are not expensive items.

If you choose to make a further donation in gratitude for the service I provide, I am always very grateful.

Spiritual Home Cleansing

If you are NOT having an investigation done and want your property cleansed, then cost of cleansing a home or a business premisses starts at £40.00, but maybe more dependant on the size of the property.
